Purchased to protect my phone during our 40th anniversary photographers vacation to Niagara Falls, New England. I secured my phone in my pocket, zipped it up, and fastened the clips. When I first opened it to get my phone, the phone was 3 inches deep in the case. A brand new Samsung Galaxy 21 Ultra is soaked with water and wrecked. The worst part was that it happened on the first day of our New England photo vacation. Now I have no photos, no phone, no photos for my professional portfolio, let alone our 40th anniversary vacation. Thousands of dollars were wasted on the trip because I couldn't use my phone's camera. Needless to say I am returning this piece of crap and only recommending it as a drinking cup. I send the company a bill for my cell phone.
