This Bessey WS-3 corner clamp allows you to clamp materials of different widths at a 90 degree angle with the user turning just one knob (red knob). I've used it in making boxes and it works! I can easily press the ½ inch sides against the ¾ front, which allows me to clamp the overlying fronts (½ to ¼ inch of the drawer front extends beyond the sides) and holds the work pieces in place. Do not move when this clamp is tightened. When you clamp a workpiece, notice that the body of the clamp moves—unlike clamps that have two handles (or knobs) that screw in to hold the parts at a 90-degree angle. This movement can be confusing at first, but once you know it's there, controlling it isn't a problem. The sides of the clamp are painted and smooth, allowing the workpiece to be easily moved in the jaws before adjusting the clamp pressure; However, it also allows you to easily make small adjustments to the stock position. Some users may want to stick sandpaper to the jaws, but I think I'll leave it as is because once the clamping pressure is set, the wood isn't going anywhere. Not cheap but worth it, utility and ease of use. I can't find a way to attach it to a bench or a piece of wood that attaches to a bench. AD2
