Small storms in the area of the bay. wind and rain. It didn't bother me because I had this umbrella. I went outside and it was raining. I opened my umbrella and saw this. The umbrella can't work properly now. It flaps like crazy, not as windproof as it was, and some rain falls through the outer canopy and onto my head. The umbrella was great until it broke. I was so hoping that this would literally be the last umbrella I buy. I just bought another one before this event and now want to return it due to this issue. This umbrella has never been in a backpack/suitcase, has never been squeezed between other things or an item, has always been opened and dried before being put away and has always been hung up. I am very disappointed as I could have gotten a similar umbrella that lasted longer and was a lot cheaper.
