Very comfortable, light short with a lot of stretch. It is not the typical swimsuit fabric usually having some structure or spandex within the fabric mix. I bought these to wear in case I wanted to swim while exploring Aruba by jeep. I’ve only tried them on, but I’m willing to say I will probably wear them boating and on the lake when I want a little more coverage.Update. These were perfect for swimming, then exploring and ending up getting a drink or lunch in Aruba. They were my go to shorts. I wish I had bought another pair before the trip. They dry quickly. I wore these with a white bikini top and or tank. I’m buying another pair.
