I like that they are able to monitor my computers remotely through their software so if there is any suspicious activity it will be picked up quickly by IT staff before anything bad happens or gets out into public domain- which can happen very easily when you work from home! There isn't much more than this but overall its good enough as long as your not too picky about what features you need then everything should just 'work'.
