I bought 1 for my Tundra and at first I really liked it. Dragging without a handle is much more manual work. It's not as flashy as I like, but it does the job perfectly. I liked it so much that I immediately bought a second one for Subaru. Two weeks later I put the camper in reverse and the entire assembly is no longer in my hands. I thought it was lucky, no, it happened again. At first I thought it was defective, then it fell off in the Subaru. No, they're just trash. One returned, the other came back late.
