Failed right out of the box.

Bought a pair of these, one broke right out of the box. Others could not be controlled via the remote control, but only manually. Oddly enough, the power cord goes into the SIDE of this base rather than the back, so the cord and plug aren't visible. Be that as it may, when connected, the USB cable and its acrylic insert are clearly visible. The only sillier place to put it would be right in front of it! Due to the fact that more than 50% of what was received failed, it went back. I would look for her elsewhere. And with a plug on the back so it's hidden.
