Review on πŸ•οΈ NTK Laredo GT 8-9 Person 10x15 ft Sport Camping Tent - 100% Waterproof (2500mm) by Aaron Franklin

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Great family tent

I would give 4.5 stars if that was an option. In general an excellent tent - roomy, fairly light inside, no smell even after unpacking, WATERPROOF. During our trip we had heavy rains and not a drop of water got inside. This was without additional tent treatment such as additional waterproofing. The mesh is really high quality, easy to see from the outside but hard to see from the inside. It was easy and quick for two of us to set it up and it was easy to put back in the bag. Little details like the pockets on the walls, the included lantern (awesome) and the hook to hang it from the ceiling make the tent even more beautiful. Switching from a 5 person tent to this really changed the fun of camping with a baby as we had a comfortable place to sleep for everyone as well as all our gear. We even had a place to store firewood inside to keep it dry. If you need it you could certainly put 3 queen size air mattresses in it, although there wouldn't be as much room for other things. manufacturers in the future. Some things I would have liked differently: 1) There is only one window which is the main reason I cannot give the tent 5 stars. A window in the back would be very good for ventilation. Despite this, the tent was less humid than I expected as the entire top of the interior (excluding the fly) is mesh. So I imagine if you don't expect rain and can keep the bow tie on it would be absolutely wonderful. Even with the screen on, it's brighter and more ventilated than I expected with just a window. 2) The rain shelter built in awning hanging over the entrance hangs down and is useless/in the way unless you have a rain canopy just to the right. If you push it too far forward, even just a little, you will have this problem. 3) There are no clear instructions for using stretch marks. 4) As well as bags, a few small plastic hooks on the walls would be nice, or some sort of clothesline running through the tent. Several times I wanted to hang up a light shirt, but there was no space for it. This is not a complaint but more of an idea as I haven't seen this feature on other tents either. I can try to install this myself with velcro straps and light hooks.
