This fan has a total of 4 settings. Low and high, low and high with fluctuations. A low setting creates such a weak airflow that you need a high setting. The high setting is so strong that the fan rattles off the table. There is a middle ground that the manufacturer missed. Don't be mean like me. Spend $5-10 more and get a non-funny fan.
