Finally fell asleep with no pain in my knees
I keep waking up with pain in my knees and having to turn over. I now sleep most of the night with this pillow and feel more comfortable when I sleep. The pillow has a handy strap that you can use (or not use) to keep it from dangling in your sheets when you turn it over. Comfortable fabric and memory foam pillow, so it's dense but doesn't lose the feeling of using a knee pillow. Not sure if it has helped my back but will definitely keep using it.
