It was a waste of time and energy. See attached photo. The holes and pins on the top shelf are misaligned causing the shelf to not sit properly on top. Also, the company forgot to cut a slot in the bottom of the second shelf for a metal bracket to keep the shelf level. I see a slot in the shelf at the top of one of the photos. So the shelf didn't fit snugly in the brackets. Now I gotta repack the damn thing, seal it, and put it back on the porch for UPS to pick it up. And I have to wait here all day and waste my time because the company didn't use any quality control to prevent this. What a waste of time, energy and money. I think Revain should return the money and the buyer should just keep the product if that's the case. done so badly. This reduces the risk of the customer wasting their time with a crappy product. And of course the company didn't put their name/phone number on the packing list so I could call and try to solve the problem in an easier way.
