In short, fast forward to the end. My Asus Vivobook Pro is broken. Asus had two hard drives, one M.2 and the other 2.5". I didn't want to start over, reinstall applications and I didn't want to lose my 2.5 or M.2. MSI solved all my problems. It comes with a 2.5" bay and TWO combo M.2/NVME PCIe drive bays! So not only did my two drives move around without issue, but Windows 11 automatically updated most of the drivers on first boot. I did also migrated over my 32GB DDR4-2400 RAM and works great too. Up and running within 20 minutes. Easy access to all components.
