Review on 🍳 Circulon Symmetry Hard Anodized Nonstick Casserole Dish - 7 Quart, Chocolate: Premium Dutch Oven with Lid for Effortless Cooking by Dan Brickley

I have a Circulon Professional hard anodized cookware but I needed another larger pot and can't find it commercially. So I decided to give this Symmetry a try as the Symmetry kits seem to have good reviews and are very similar to the Professional series. Well, this one wasn't like mine. First of all it's a lot harder to clean, my professional pots just wipe down but with this pot I have to clean the bottom after cooking chicken etc. I wonder how long the interior will last. And this lid fogs up so much that the transparent lid is useless! My professional transparent lids don't fog up at all and I can just take a peek and see what's cooking inside. Bosch cooks well on my induction hob. I don't know if it's seconds on Revain or what but I'm very disappointed. I just upgraded my star from 2 to 1 after calling customer service and doing what they said by filing a warranty claim because it's out of character. Received a letter of guarantee that the guarantee will not be accepted.
