Review on Hamilton Beach 34104 Induction Versatile by Michelle Cooper

This is a fantastic item and it boils water very quickly BUT 1, it boiled water when the temp was set to 200 (only choice was 225. ), not 212. I know it's not a measure of the internal temperature of the water, but it still seems wrong, how can water get that hot on a 200° burner. ALSO, the description here is unclear at best, I thought you could enter or set a specific temperature, e.g. B. in increments of 1, not 25. BYE 0.5 stars because I'm rating the device, no fuzzy description, it's smooth and well designed, great reading. They just need more clarity or flexibility on temperature (unless this unit is defective, it just boils water very quickly on a very low setting).
