DC Pass Only for Negative Power Source (Voltage)

NOT AS DESCRIBED! This does not work with most common antenna setups with an external amplifier on the antenna. This splitter is labeled with all connections, however this is NOT the case for most users who have antenna mounted amplifiers. Most amplifiers require you to apply a positive voltage to the center conductor of your coaxial cable going to the antenna. These splitters have a diode that only passes NEGATIVE voltage from the input to one of the output ports. This means that it is not possible to transfer a positive voltage from an input to one of the output ports or from one output port to another output port because the diodes are connected back to back. They are either defective or designed for a different purpose than conventional antenna amplifiers. If you need to get positive voltage to the center conductor of your coaxial cable, buy something else to avoid hours of troubleshooting.
