The item was not working (no output voltage) and when we contacted them they asked to return the item for an exchange. However, refunds were given for LESS $30 if they were the ones who provided the defective item. Waste of time considering the golf cart has now been unused for three weeks due to its cheap assembly. They claim that I never gave them the original part number. I emailed them the number and picture of our part TWICE (at the beginning and when the item was shipped). I have an email to prove it. Your communication is a mess.
