Fantastic at this price. Just a pen scratched the paper and that's okay. The ink bleeds and bleeds on the paper I used but just like other thin inks like Higgins. The ink is not waterproof and has a purple tint when water is applied to it (I think there is a cool effect). I really like the glass, it's cute but can be dirty. The pen is amazing, it fits my 102 hunting nib (similar to the Maru nib) and any other nib I have. I tried my 513 globe, a #6 fountain pen nib and of course all three that came with it. The handle is very thick, comfortable to hold and very smooth. It also arrived very early. I would recommend 10/10 to beginners or anyone who wants a pen like this and wants to experiment with different tips. I wasn't expecting something like this for the low price, I'm very pleasantly surprised. However, I don't know how well the nibs will age as I've only used them today and I don't know how lightfast the ink is.
