Review on Thumbtack by Dave Rasic

I like how easy it was to use! There were so many options available as far as different services go (plumbers, electricians etc.). The customer support team at thumb tack are very helpful and quick with responding back when you have questions or need help solving issues. It's not always possible but sometimes there can be some delay in getting your request responded too if they're busy working through other requests/calls. Sometimes this isn't immediately clear from their response email though which could lead one to believe otherwise. For example we needed someone who had experience doing electrical work around our home - no problem finding them via thumback. But then after requesting quotes & scheduling appointment time slots we realized he didn't do any of those things. So while searching for another option we found out about his availability since he did.
