1) Batteries are difficult to squeeze into the controller and looks like you're about to break it. Once the battery pack is in place, the cover doesn't fit very well either. You have to stuff it and its cheap plastic inside, which is risky. 2) Once you place the controller in the dock, you will not click or snap it into place. It only balances on 3 small metal pins, making it incredibly wobbly. It often vibrates too much and loses its charge. So I have to constantly reshape it to make it stop tumbling just to sit down and get back up. Conclusion: I would not recommend this product for this price. At first I thought it was a great price but after using the product I understood why it is so damn cheap. Because it's a cheap product from China. RETURN
