Review on Saicoo DOD Military USB Common Access CAC Smart Card Reader - Mac OS & Windows (Vertical Version) by Doug Ellingson

This company stands behind their product. I am considering Saicoo DOD Military Common Access certification. The first cac reader I ordered was defective. The company sent another CAC reader (FREE). I am using Windows 10 Pro. I plugged the new CAC into an available USB port and it worked straight away. The first CAC I ordered must be defective. It's nice to see a company that cares about their customers and products. Be careful when opening the CAC reader as the CAC driver comes with a minidisk that can easily break when opened.
