I've only worked one full shift with them but all my patients have said I sound great. I also had a large fan on my back and they couldn't hear a thing. Comfortable for the whole shift. The dual connection is fine, but I turned it off at work as I don't know what happens when I get a private call during a consultation. I love how the voice tells you how long the battery life is when you first turn it on. I could do without the "unmute" and "mute" voices as they take up valuable time. I bought them on purpose because I could get them for $130 without a stand. I was afraid to give up ANC but I sat in the living room and worked while my girlfriend sat next to me on the phone and watched TV and I couldn't hear anything other than what I was doing. I am very happy.
