Excellent Results Good Product Description

I think the product description is very accurate - it helped me decide this product was right for me; and so it turned out - excellent. I installed it in a compact Sunray 109 Sunset Park RV camper trailer in hopes of dimming the interior lights. The interior lighting consists of inexpensive ceiling lamps with several LEDs. The product is well described as a low frequency PWM dimmer and that is exactly what you get. For this to work you need full access to the +12 volt and -12 volt supplies from your power supply AND the +12 volt and -12 volt lines to your fixture. If you only have access to switchable power, this won't work for you. In my case, I had access to all the wiring for the lights. Be VERY careful connecting this with the power off and double check your wiring before turning the power back off. These dimmers have miniature circuitry inside that does not tolerate wiring errors. It burns out in seconds. Take your time and triple check your work. I had great results the first time. The dimmer knob rotates smoothly with even dimming throughout the rotation of the knob. Mine didn't flicker no matter where I installed it. I am very happy. Highly recommended.
