I needed a label printer to ship via UPS where I found this printer with really good features and a good price. The printer is very well made, good quality inside and out. A very long cord to turn on where I liked it a lot where I sometimes have to walk with it. I like the print quality and even more autoload and paper orientation. The Windows driver simply loads and immediately recognizes the printer. It never got stuck during use, it works great with online software. There are no cons, the printer is excellent, I am very happy with the purchase.
