If you live in an area with rain, snow, wind ... air, then unfortunately this type does not last a season. The frame already has rust spots. It's cute but very cheaply made. The tinsel-like fabric covering the metal frame flew off when it was removed from the box, and more of it flew with every breeze. The limbs are packed very tightly in the body cavity, and the cheap gold "cloth" will rip no matter how careful you are, and the glitter will explode everywhere as you pull each limb out. Luka wasn't in the package but I doubt he's mad at him. The lighting is really sparse and weak. The metal "pins" that insert each limb into the body are curved, and the holes that the pins enter have been covered with hard, shiny tinsel, making it almost impossible to insert them, and then they stay not inside. I had to bind every link. and this poor fellow's horns. And again the brilliance, have mercy, does not stop. I built it in a garage, I recommend it on the street...in a field...ten miles from your house. We'll keep an eye on the sparkles until Easter. All in all it's a shame because this guy is charming and I will still love him for being faithful. But if you want to get a moose into your family, keep looking.
