Review on 📻 C. Crane CCRadio - EP PRO AM FM Battery Operated Portable Analog Radio with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) by Todd Roybal

I've always heard these are great radios so I bought one to take on a trip to Utah. I was disappointed with the performance. Battery life was great; the same set of batteries lasted five days, the radio was on most of the day and into the evening, but the reception wasn't very good. I was in a remote area in Fishlake National Forest outside of Salina, Utah. There was no cellular service and AM radio was slightly better. Don't know if it was radio or just not many stations available, but reception was limited to a few AM stations. At best, I was hosting KNX Radio one night in Los Angeles, almost 600 miles away. But I couldn't get local stations for weather updates, I couldn't get the MLB playoffs, and that was pretty frustrating. In general everything is fine; just lower your expectations and you will be happy.
