FYI: some confusion. When ordering, provide the damper model number, which is located on the decal on the underside of the gas cap. The photos in this listing accurately show the original clasp colors and corresponding numbers. If you look at the photo on the back of the card you won't find your flapper number even though the name is the same as on the front of the card. Here's the difference: 1. The valve number on your gas cap.2. The model number is printed on the inside wall of the tank itself. This number matches one of the model numbers on the back of the card. This is what you need to follow the quick install guide. Tips: 1. Before removing the old original damper, pay attention to which hole of the lever the chain is attached to. 2. After removing the old damper, measure the length of its chain from the top of the damper to the lever hole. This measurement may not match the recommended settings on the map, but will help if you need to make adjustments.3. Note the meaning of the asterisk next to some of the arrow setting numbers before sticking your hands in the tank or slipping the spare onto its pins. Some buyers broke the latch when attempting to remove the new damper to make adjustments. If Toto's instructions were clearer and didn't take the time to understand them I would give this product 5 stars. It's from Georgia so Toto/US should clarify that this universal valve is 2 different model numbers.
