The software is very easy to use and has many options that are not easily found in other similar solutions.

There really isn't anything I dislike about this system! It can be customized to fit your needs without having too much difficulty or expense (we have been able to change font sizes by simply changing CSS). We're using it for our practice's billing department so we needed something quick and simple; however, if you need more advanced features like creating new modules etc., then there may be some issues since those functions aren't included out-of-the box but they do offer support which helped us get things up and running within weeks rather than months as we would've otherwise had to spend time developing them ourselves from scratch.
