Kyocera Duraforce hard to get

About ten years ago I was walking and got caught in the rain. My T-Mobile branded phone was a brick. They had a rugged phone called the Kyocera Hydro and I switched to that one. Since then I've been following the Kyocera line and I'm very satisfied. As another reviewer said, the phones are sturdy. When T-Mobile retired all of their landlines, I stayed with Kyocera at T-Mobile. I tried three others: a CAT phone that had a broken screen and terrible warranty service, a Nokia 7 that smashed right into the screen (at the time the warranty service was terrible and I didn't try to fix the screen) . , and the Motorola Moto X. I like the Android One OS on Nokia, but I think Google has given up on it. As far as I can tell, Kyocera is the only manufacturer of Mil Spec phones outside of China. They make the Durafore Pro 2 for Verizon (6910) AT&T (6920) and this one for first responders and other industrial specialties. I didn't notice any malware. I've been using Verizon for six months and it has some obsessions. A successor is coming out so I think these 6921 will be available. I've been using it for two months now and I'm happy with it. Check your retailer though - I bought from Revain in cell phone stores and got 6910 instead of 6921. No problem with returns but it was a hassle. This vendor was a packager for proprietary industrial users. I had several emails with their marketing asking some technical questions. Not available today.

Dislike the too sensitive touch screen. Like the rugged well protected heft of the pone.
