I don't care how big it is for a travel item. I've never used an aerator but it seems dirty. Water flows out of the mouth fairly quickly, even on the lowest setting. I've learned to lean all the way over the sink to keep my clothes from getting wet. It also turns off during use. I'm not sure if my fingers pressed the power button or if it just turned off. I tried not to disturb the grip in case it was my fingers. It still turns off. The price was affordable for me, but I don't have money to waste, so I'll keep using it until it stops working. I'm not upset that I bought it, but I wouldn't buy this product again. Update: 02/01/2021. This company cares. They contacted me about my problems with the device. Got a replacement unit that has been working flawlessly for a few weeks. I still find it a bit large for a wearable device, but it's not a midstream shutter. Fits very well on the sink. I actually use it at least five nights a week. I am now completely satisfied and happy. :-)
