The metal ring cuts you like a scalpel!
Probably a good brush and nice looking, but extremely dangerous. You assemble the wand by screwing them together with a silver washer in between. Imagine a washer between a nut and a bolt. The disc is the lid when the brush is in the holder. This disc has a razor sharp edge that my daughter cut like a scalpel. It was a clean cut and it took him a second to feel the pain because it was so sharp. It's beautiful and looks cute but I couldn't keep it in my house because it's so dangerous.
