The original balancer on my car slipped so I ordered this as a replacement. The first one that popped up was already damaged as the rubber separating the two pieces was sticking out of the device by a little over 1/4 inch. Revain immediately sent a replacement and gave me a return label (thanks Revain!) which arrived was perfect. I think one slipped through quality control, which is why I always test new parts as best as I can before fitting them. In any case, the new one has been working without problems for some time.
