I like that it's easy to use, has all of your tools you need in one place (including a tool for our sales team). It also makes using Microsoft Teams so much easier! The price point is very reasonable compared to other competitors out there. There are not many features we don't have with this solution. However, if you're looking for something more robust than what cloudscale 365 offers feel free to look at some of their competitors. We've been able to help manage our Salesforce org as well as communicate internally through MS teams.
