The perfect tool for treating muscle pain
My first experience with a cryo cup was in a chiropractor's office. I liked its simplicity and the fact that you can use it to massage and loosen ice at the same time. I have a lot of back, arm and leg problems and this is a fantastic remedy when I have a headache. Both are easy to use for yourself or someone else. I find the ice melts quickly on the skin, but the bowl is big enough that you can definitely get your massage done quickly enough to last long. I suggest getting two so you always have one (if you need ice cream daily or multiple times a day).
