Spins and falls over

UPDATE: The seller refunded my purchase so thanks for that. But this review is for the item, not the seller. TLDR: I do not recommend this product as the stand slowly rotated under the weight of the bike and fell to the ground. The kickstand can be installed in two ways: - #1: If you have a top-to-bottom hole between the chainstays, use a short screw and attach the footplate without an additional plate - #2: If you don't have a hole top to bottom and instead just have empty space between the chainstays (like in my huge frame), use the long bolt and plate provided. I have situation #2 and had to use a long screw and plate. Everything worked fine initially, but overnight the stand spun under the weight of the bike and the bike fell to the ground. I tightened it very tight and it couldn't be tightened anymore. It was so twisted that the paint was peeling and I had dents in the aluminum frame. But that didn't stop him from twisting under the weight. I would say that the stand is not universal and does not work well with the plate that comes with it. I have a Giant frame and this is a fairly common configuration.
