The most useful tool I have found so far as it allows me do create custom reports that are not available by default within my account page! Sometimes when you want access some of your data from an external database or another system (like Google Sheets) using this platform can be quite tricky because there isn't any direct integration between them; however they're working hard at solving these problems for us now. Also having more than one person managing accounts makes life easier since we don’t need two different dashboards but only just 1 dashboard where all our team members will share information about what's going well/not-so much etc.
