Trust the hype. - Fillers, Adhesives & Sealants

It's as good as everyone says it is. Sure, it's more expensive than others, but it's worth it in the end. The product stretches a little, after drying it becomes hard, but flexible like a rubber gasket. It hardens very quickly and holds up well.
