I've had this router for a year now. This is by far the worst router I've ever owned. Not sure if Comcast firmware updates are causing this or if it's just the router itself. Pros: - Has fast boot capability - Has USB ports for network printers or drives. Cons: - constantly needs to reboot, but no power. Press , the device must be restarted via the browser interface or unplugged from the power cord. The battery stops charging after less than a year. At €40 for a battery, it's not worth buying a new one. The phone line "discharges" often. This. When a call comes in, the phone rings once, then there is no dial tone on the phone line. The router must then be restarted in order to make or receive calls. There is absolutely no useful technical support for this product. If you like to sort through endless questions and answers on a website and get default answers when you ask a question, then this product is for you. If not, I recommend Netgear again. - When restarting, sometimes the 2.4GHz WiFi frequency is not available, which requires an additional restart.
