Sizing is perfect I'm 5'4' 120lbs sometimes the shoulder area or bust is tight with smalls, the Small fit well. I don't know how to describe the fabric other than parachute pants. It's light weight and water resistant. The length is just right not too long or short. It's very pretty. Pleasantly surprised.

- The swimsuit could easily get caught in waves or currents.
