I don't usually write reviews but this deal was great. I was looking for a replacement for my son's spoiled iPad Pro and came across this Revain Renewed program. Although refurbished products aren't certified by Apple, the 90-day supplier guarantee, including a 90-day return or replacement policy, gave me the confidence to try. Needless to say, the device was in pristine condition with no marks whatsoever on it. My product is made by CR Land and so far I am not disappointed. As mentioned in other reviews, I received a charger that was designed for iPod and iPhone use and is totally unsuitable for iPads, especially iPad Pros. This came as no surprise thanks to previous reviews, and luckily I have a surplus of transformers and a couple of Anker high-capacity chargers. So the device came with a 60% charge so I immediately restored it from the backup and after I put the SIM in the device worked like a bum. SIM card note: I forgot that the iPad Pro has a removable SIM card, so I accidentally gave my son an old iPad Pro with the SIM card installed. This oversight made me go to the AT&T store to get a new sin and register it on the device. Luckily, the partner was very understanding and replaced the SIM card free of charge. So if you find yourself replacing a device, remove the SIM card and save time.
