I just got through my first week and I can already see the difference! The first and second day I found it very difficult to hold on to the first step, the walking was a bit awkward at first and I felt like something was trying to come out. I think that's mostly because you know there's something inside you lol. (but again this is just my personal experience) so I'd say don't go crazy thinking you're doing it wrong. However after my 4th day of use my muscles ability to hold it changed, it was no longer weak or awkward to walk on. I even posted some exercise videos on YouTube which I believe helped me personally as a beginner. Good investment and will be updated after the end of the 2nd week (stage 1). it is well packaged and comes with basic instructions (example: level 1 ball 30 minutes, for 1-2 weeks / level 2 double balls 30 minutes 2-3 weeks / level 3 30 minutes 1 month) use lubricant. and care instructions.
