Review on Portable Bladeless Rechargeable Personal Charging by Angela Fullerton

This neck fan is amazing, it's so cool and comfortable and it's not heavy. Living in hot Arizona. There are no picnics in the summer, but we make it. I've been thinking about something like this when I need to go outside, like picking up mail at the end of our very long hot concrete street. Any time outside is a challenge, when the temperature reaches 100 it's unbearable. I hate it when sweat runs down my face! The fan is portable and can be worn around any neck and creates a wonderful flow of cool air around most of the neck and face. USB charging is easy (I don't know how long the charge will last yet), and it only has one button to turn on/off and 3 speeds. There is a bit of noise in 1st gear which gets louder with every higher speed but for the comfort of the air flowing through I think it's worth it! The fan should be slotted up toward the ears/button on the right side, but I think it could also be slotted down to cool the shoulders and neck if needed, and maybe just to physically hold the fan. inflate a little to get a good flow. Love it!
