I swim about 4 times a week. I bought this shampoo because I still smelled chlorine in my hair after using regular shampoo. After the first use I didn't feel a trace of chlorine and thought what a great product! As for the conditioning part of this product, I use an additional conditioning product after shampooing. I think if I had shorter hair Summer Solutions One Step Shampoo would be the perfect shampoo and conditioner. But my hair is very long and needs more care. All in all this is a great product.
