Painful - it compresses too tight
I bought this for my wife with knee pain but unfortunately it only caused her more pain. I even tried it just to see if she was overly sensitive to it, but no. The object just pushes your knee to the point where you get nervous, it doesn't stop. Pretty painful - unfortunately I bought this in advance and when I gave it to her it was past the return period. bad buy
