First one I bought was perfect in every way, and still worked for the dog, but due to high winds, I ended up using it to anchor one side of my car port to a tree. So I bought a Second one just for the dog to replace the one I re-purposed. Though identical in every way, THIS one had very sharp burrs that were not ground down on both buckle screw clasps. This unbeknownst to me, put a 2 inch cut in the finger. After cleaning, then gluing my cut closed, I ended up filing the sharp pointy burrs down smooth. It doesn't take a college degree to KNOW that when tested for functionality, the buckle screw clasps were literally razor sharp and needed to be refined. CHECK YOURS BEFORE USE TO AVOID CUTS OR UNNECESSARY PAIN TO YOU OR YOUR ANIMAL.
