Ordered this for my 3 1/2 year old and she LOVES it! I ordered a 6 though because my daughter is so tall, it drags a bit, probably could have used a size down but she'll have it longer and we use a scarf under the ruffles as a belt that you can't see. So I'd say this runs true to size, very nice quality and it comes with a cute little sea shell headband. Terrific for little girls!
- Daughter loved it but all the sequins came off in the washer
- May not be age-appropriate for some children
