So I don't know if this is an accident or a sign of the overall product: I bought this light line set in mid-October. The plan was to tape it under/on the side of a couple of beds because I'm a bit tired of having to flip a switch to go to bed and I'm sensitive to bright lights anyway because I wear glasses and/or wear contact lenses. .Point: This product has been great for 4 months. Movement was ok, there are dim settings after a certain amount, not too bright, bright enough to move around a bit and get some things done before bed. Finding a book, finding out where my glasses are, putting on or taking off clothes if necessary, etc. Great! It turns off by itself, sometimes pets knock it over. never mind As advertised. My problem is that since last week it stopped working. So I'm thinking maybe the connection to the outlet is loose or one of the cords is loose. nope Slight short circuit in the motion sensor power connector itself, with obvious burn marks and scars. So four months and he's dead. Four months went by and something clearly shorted out and blew. Most of the time I just miss my little light that comes on when I walk into a room, but it's clear if this is a problem, it's a potentially serious problem. I even give this review 3 stars because I found the product very useful and easy. adjust price. It is unfair to the company if my personal experience is not up to standard. However, if this is a common issue, it may need to be investigated by QA.
