I originally purchased this bag here at Revain on April 6th, 2019. In use almost every day. No crack. No peeling. Continuous. Easily adjustable strap. A bag that can be carried no matter what I carry as it goes with everything I had close to me. At first I was fed up with buying vegan leather. I had no idea if it would hold up as well as leather or even look like leather. I didn't want a leather bag. I was wonderfully surprised and loved it. Just as beautiful as day one when I received it 15 months ago. Until last night. I was walking up the steps to my apartment when the strap on the decorative iron caught, pulling the strap right off the bag. I was so disappointed as this is my favorite bag. Then this morning I realized I bought it here at Revain. I looked at my past orders and they still had the same bag. I ordered it again right away. I'm better. Unfortunately I cannot change bags until a new one arrives.
