To begin with, I am extremely happy with this Arofa Bidet. Revain had a great deal in which i purchased it during what is referred to as "Lightning Deal" meaning the sale is on for only a few hours. Awesome price!The installation was fast and easy to do, it came with very clear instructions and all the accessories needed. There is one small detail, I'd like to share with you all but it's only aesthetics. I added photos in order for anyone interested in my info. First off I have a low flush Kohler toilet that stands 21" from the floor to the top excluding porcelain cover. So it sits a bit lower than a normal toilet. The bidet works fine on my toilet. Firstly, you can see from the first photo the sides of the tank are slightly rounded. In the second photo, I'm pointing to the part that slips into the tank area. I found that bc my tank is rounded, the hanger is not flush against the tank, so it wiggles a bit when taking the nozzle off. I put double sided 3M tape on the two areas that I am pointing to and it's helped a lot and the hanger does not wiggle around anymore. I think if you can use tape that has foam on one side that might even work great as well. The last three photos were just to show how it will look once completed. I hope this helps anyone out there just in case.Now for those of you who don't know HOW to use this bidet properly, especially for #2, Here's the down low. 1. Do your business 2. Use TP to clean 3. Flush the toilet 4. Use a wet wipe or small towel, add your choice of liquid soap 5. Clean yourself as needed 6. Take bidet off hook and spray in the location.7. Women * very important* bring sprayer to the front, aim towards the back 8. Men, should spray from behind. Hope it's not TMI.lol.Last but not least, turn bidet off at the "Bidet" valve and spray once into the toilet to expel any water trapped in the hose to help prevent leaks. Great product don't hesitate to purchase it.
