The best part about bettercomp was how easy it made my job as an HR manager! I used to spend hours searching for pay rates or salary ranges online which would then get lost when we moved jobs (or got fired). Now everything can easily sync up across departments so everyone has access at once rather than having multiple systems open all day long just waiting for someone's attention span to dwindle away before they find what their looking for - saving time AND money!! There really isn’t anything i dislike yet but if you are thinking about switching over let me know because this program will save your organization tons of dollars while making work easier overall.
