Excellent Software For Hourly Employees Too

Easy-to use software with features we need right now such as salary/market transparency, comparison graphs for both direct vs open source code contributions & experience level (including remote employees), easy time clock integration. We have so many different departments with multiple roles within each department using this system at my current job which makes tracking employee hours complicated but it's also nice knowing I can log all of their time easily just about anywhere via an app or web

Pros
  • Good amount info available including pay stubs.
  • Ability see who is coming from where insteadof seeing names like "Jane Doe" only first initial lastname type information provided by HR dept..if someone asks why do that? Use bettercomp!!!!! :)

  • Not sure there really would be negatives honestly; maybe wish could search

BetterComp has been a great experience for our company!

I love everything about working with them! They are very knowledgeable about their products and they have so many different opportunities for you to grow as your professional gets bigger and better. There were some times when things got hectic but everyone at BetterComp stuck around no matter how busy it ever was! It's tough because they can do more than one thing (website design/build-customer service) so if you don’t find what you need right away give them time. For us we're solving our…

Best bang-for dollar investment ever in office productivity

The best part about bettercomp was how easy it made my job as an HR manager! I used to spend hours searching for pay rates or salary ranges online which would then get lost when we moved jobs (or got fired). Now everything can easily sync up across departments so everyone has access at once rather than having multiple systems open all day long just waiting for someone's attention span to dwindle away before they find what their looking for - saving time AND money!!
